Founder of the lab
See more info about me here.
🇨🇴MSc Sebastián Montoya, PhD candidate:
http://lattes.cnpq.br/8480221937184405
Joined the lab in 2019
My research is focused on the study of mutualistic and parasitic interactions in natural communities, using mammalian species as study models, specially Neotropical bats.
🇻🇪MSc Guillermo Flórez, PhD candidate: http://lattes.cnpq.br/7505765288819612
Joined the lab in 2018
My main interest is to understand the effect of habitat transformation and environmental changes on mutualistic interactions at continental and regional scales, using bat-plant interactions as a study model.
🇧🇷Rafael Pelletti, undergrad: http://lattes.cnpq.br/8737167484127647
Joined the lab in 2018
I am interested in understanding how ecological interactions form networks, and how these networks affect biodiversity.
🇧🇷MSc Renata Muylaert, PhD candidate: http://lattes.cnpq.br/8131277671550294
Joined the lab in 2009 (original team)
I am interested in understanding the main effects of habitat loss and environmental change on biodiversity and interactions, mainly at the landscape scale. I have been also developing risk maps of hantavirus in the Atlantic Forest.
🇨🇴MSc Natalya Zapata, PhD candidate:
http://lattes.cnpq.br/9376641008967839
Joined the lab in 2019
I’m interested in the study bat ecology, focusing on mutualistic and antagonistic interactions and their functional outcomes.
🇧🇷Henrique Requejo, undergrad: http://lattes.cnpq.br/6497769628959100
Joined the lab in 2019
I am interested in investigating multilayer ecological networks using computational algorithms, in order to asses their modular structure.
